Columbus, NJ -- All Haunts have roots. Places of origin, where they begin to grow and feed off the energy of the sets, actors and supporting casts. Blood Shed Farms is no different starting as a Haunted Yard grown into a Haunted Prison for 9 years and finally evolving into Blood Shed Farms. “ We are big Horror Fans” says co owner Clark Bisch, who runs the attraction with his partner Jim Reed. “We continue to grow and expand at a fast rate and look forward to having a great haunt season”. Numerous attractions have been added such as a new gift shop and party room. The schedule included a kids night and service appreciation night. “We try to do things differently at Blood Shed Farms” says Bisch, “its not all about Animatronics, we try to incorporate a variety of scares”. The story lines are well thought out and allow those who visit Blood Shed a variety of opportunities to have different experiences. One of the most unique is purchasing a ticket for the Blood Shed where one person is admitted into the Shed while the rest of the group watches via night vision camera on a side monitor. There is a total of 4 different Haunted Attractions, one of which is a Haunted Hayride on the Last Ride. The others include Clown O Phobia, Hellsgate Aylum and the Trail of Terror. They have also added an 15 Minute Escape Room called the Camper and many different acts that will be performing throughout the Halloween Season. Blood Shed Farms has the main ingredient for success in this industry, which is Passion. This has been contagious to the staff of 100 + actors who join in the same enthusiasm. Blood Shed Farms Fearfest in South Jersey is on the Haunt Hunters Tour for 2017. 2017 Opening Night is on October 6, followed by October 7,8,13,14,20,21,22,27,28,29, for a total of 11 Dates.
