Forest of Fear 2018 Preview
Tuxedo Park, NY --Forest of Fear 2018 Preview- Sometimes Mother Nature packs a punch more powerful than the after world and for the 2018 season of Forrest of Fear, the punch was more that they could overcome. The management at Forest of Fear has announced that they will not have a 2018 Haunt season due to the damage that occurred from all of the rainfall during the summer months. The Main Haunted House which sets the stage for Forest of Fear was destroyed with flooding and was deemed unsafe. This is a big hit for a Haunt that has been a staple in the industry for years and has produced a solid Haunted Attraction year after year. If you have traveled to this Haunt, you can relate to how dark the roads you travel to get to the location. The location itself is very creepy in its nature as the grounds are part of the Ren Fair in the Summer. The setting promotes a fun Halloween Experience. One of the top Haunt Actors from the 2016 Haunt Season came from the Forest of Fear. The Mannequin part was played to perfection at the finale of the Haunted House. One of the most unique Midways in the Haunt Industry was located at Forest of Fear. Many different vendors and side show acts such as the AX Throwing was something that was no other Haunt was doing. This always added to the carnival like atomosphere Some of the vendors included artist Tina Brown who custom makes one of a kind Halloween Dolls. Brown creates the Annabelle Doll each year for the Haunt Hunters that is awarded to the highest graded Haunted Attraction in Times Square, New York City at the Annual Chuck Mound Bigtime Awards. Forest of Fear will be missed for the 2018 Haunt Season and is expected to be back stronger in 2019.
